生物质气发电机组的核心在于生物质气的产生与发电过程的完美结合。生物质气的制备主要通过气化和发酵两种技术路径。气化技术是在高温缺氧或微氧条件下,使生物质发生热化学反应,分解成一氧化碳、氢气、甲烷等可燃气体,这些气体组成的混合气体被称为生物质合成气。以木屑为例,经过气化炉的高温处理,能够产出热值可观的合成气。发酵技术则主要用于处理富含有机物的生物质,如畜禽粪便、污水污泥等,在厌氧环境下,微生物将有机物分解,产生以甲烷为主要成分的沼气。​

The core of biomass gas power generation unit lies in the perfect combination of biomass gas generation and power generation process. The preparation of biomass gas mainly involves two technical pathways: gasification and fermentation. Gasification technology is a thermal chemical reaction that occurs under high temperature, oxygen deficient or micro oxygen conditions to decompose biomass into combustible gases such as carbon monoxide, hydrogen, methane, etc. The mixed gas composed of these gases is called biomass synthesis gas. Taking sawdust as an example, after high-temperature treatment in a gasifier, it can produce synthetic gas with considerable calorific value. Fermentation technology is mainly used to treat biomass rich in organic matter, such as livestock manure, sewage sludge, etc. In anaerobic environments, microorganisms decompose organic matter to produce biogas mainly composed of methane. ​

产生的生物质气进入发电机组后,与传统燃气发电机组的工作原理相似。在燃气内燃机或燃气轮机中,生物质气与空气混合后被点燃,燃烧产生的高温高压气体推动活塞或涡轮转动,进而带动发电机发电。部分先进的生物质气发电机组还配备了余热回收系统,将燃烧过程中产生的余热用于预热生物质原料、加热水或驱动吸收式制冷机,大大提高了能源的综合利用效率,使整个系统的能源利用率可提升至 80% 以上。

After entering the power generation unit, the generated biomass gas works similarly to the working principle of traditional gas-fired power generation units. In gas internal combustion engines or gas turbines, biomass gas is mixed with air and ignited. The high-temperature and high-pressure gas produced by combustion drives the piston or turbine to rotate, thereby driving the generator to generate electricity. Some advanced biomass gas power generation units are also equipped with waste heat recovery systems, which use the waste heat generated during the combustion process to preheat biomass raw materials, heat water, or drive absorption refrigeration machines, greatly improving the comprehensive utilization efficiency of energy and increasing the energy utilization rate of the entire system to over 80%.
