天然气供给系统功用是:经分离、过滤后的天然气通过电磁阀进入压力调节阀,根据天然气组分,调节到合适压力,供入天然气发动机。主要由电磁阀、压力调节阀、天然气进气管和球阀、电动调节阀等相关部件组成。发动机启动故障时,主要检查:
The function of the natural gas supply system is that the separated and filtered natural gas enters the pressure regulating valve through an electromagnetic valve, and is adjusted to the appropriate pressure according to the composition of the natural gas before being supplied to the natural gas engine. It mainly consists of solenoid valves, pressure regulating valves, natural gas intake pipes and ball valves, electric regulating valves and other related components. 电磁阀:电磁阀线圈内阻为35Ω,使用万用表测量,如测量阻值过大或过小,则判断电磁阀线圈损坏,需进行更换。另外电磁阀还通过压力继电器与润滑油压低、超速停车装置相联动,当超速或润滑油压过低时,能自动关闭电磁阀,实现发电机组的安全互锁。因此判断电磁阀是否正常,除检查本身外,还需对相关安全联锁装置进行检查。
Electromagnetic valve: The internal resistance of the electromagnetic valve coil is 35 Ω. Use a multimeter to measure it. If the resistance value is too high or too low, it is judged that the electromagnetic valve coil is damaged and needs to be replaced. In addition, the solenoid valve is also linked to the low lubricating oil pressure and overspeed shutdown device through a pressure relay. When overspeed or low lubricating oil pressure occurs, the solenoid valve can be automatically closed to achieve safety interlock of the generator set. Therefore, to determine whether the solenoid valve is normal, in addition to checking itself, it is also necessary to inspect the relevant safety interlock devices.
调节阀压力:天然气发电机进气工作压力为7~9kPa。压力过高或过低都将会导致发动机启动故障,因此主要检查压力调节阀出口压力,检查方法:先慢慢关上出口阀门,检查出口阀至调压阀间的压力,如压力稳定,说明压力调节阀正常。如压力持续升高,则需对调节阀内部膜片进行检查更换。
Regulating valve pressure: The working pressure of the natural gas generator inlet is 7-9 kPa. Excessive or insufficient pressure can cause engine start-up failures. Therefore, the main inspection is to check the outlet pressure of the pressure regulating valve. The inspection method is to slowly close the outlet valve and check the pressure between the outlet valve and the pressure regulating valve. If the pressure is stable, it indicates that the pressure regulating valve is normal. If the pressure continues to rise, it is necessary to inspect and replace the internal diaphragm of the regulating valve.
燃料混合气:经空气滤芯等进入的空气经燃气混合器后按一定比例与天然气形成可燃混合气,进入燃烧室。如果浓度过浓或过稀,都会导致发动机无法启动,我们可以通过可燃混合气调整螺钉来调整可燃混合气的浓度。
