燃气发电机组活塞连杆怎样拆卸及燃气发电方式

1、拆下燃气发电机组气缸盖,刮清气缸套上部的炭灰和油污。

3、拆下连杆螺钉时,注意用手托住连杆盖,以防止坠入油底壳内,并防止碰伤轴瓦。

4、从连杆下端将燃气发电机组活塞连杆往上推,自气缸套上口沿气缸中心线取出活塞连杆,取出时严防连杆碰伤气缸套内壁。

5、将活塞放在机油内加热至100~200°C,取出活塞销。拆卸燃气发电机组活塞后,把连杆轴瓦、连杆盖和连杆螺钉仍装到相应的连杆体上,并进行清洗和检查配合面的磨耗情况或更换损坏的零件。
